Lots of Love and Birthday Hugs – Katy Sue Designs

Ahh, technology… it may seem somewhat daunting but it deserves a little credit for driving our creative possibilities. Have you ever thought of digital crafting?
Digital Crafting is using your computer to access images to create craft projects. Digi crafting can be as easy or as complicated as you want to make it, as in the physical world ‘crafting is crafting’, we manipulate paper, card and images to create projects and it is no different in the digital world, exept for one very important thing, YOU NEVER RUN OUT OF PAPER! You can print out the same image over and over again so no stroking your papers for ever because you dont want to use it lol

I am on the Design Team for Katy Sue Designs and I am going to be working with the papers from their shop and with over 200 collections on their website there is definitley something for everyone.

Today I am sharing a card I have made using the beautiful Digital Papers Butterfly and Floral Frames and the Die Cut Icy Watercolour Flowers. Its just a small card for any occasion and can be made up very quickly, hence the beauty of digital crafting,
hugs Aly xx

I love digital crafting. I recently bought the Craftaholics when Katy Sue did it as a digital download. I would love it if they did more like that as to me the best thing about digital crafting is (at least so far) I have never ran out of space to store all my papers and pictures. I also like that I can design everything on the computer and the if I want my card to be more dimensional i can print toppers and sentiments etc seperately and layer them up like a normal card.
