Mermaid Wishes

Ooooh I do love the fantastical and I love mermaids, so when I got these images I was thrilled to bits. You can make a card for any occasion.
I have used Mermaid Wishes
For this card I have matted and layered craft and black card for the base, I have printed out the image of the mermaid and then cut out the mermaid from a second print to decoupage. I have added some glitter on the waves for a lovely effect to finish
